Oregon Cascades West Council of Governments provides annual reports to share the impact of services across the region. The Regional Annual Report gives a high altitude snapshot of the work that was done across the region. This report explains our programs and services and is a great tool if you are just getting to know us. The County Annual Reports share data at the county level for Linn, Benton, and Lincoln Counties. City, Port, and Tribe Annual Reports refine data even further to show members the impact of our services directly in their communities.
Finance processes payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable for all of Cascades West’s facilities. We are responsible for the annual audit, as well as budget preparation, and publishing of the annual Work Program and Budget.
