We’re excited to share Cascades West’s new 2026–2031 Strategic Plan, a roadmap that will guide our work over the next five years as we continue to serve communities throughout the region.
The Strategic Plan outlines our vision, priorities, and goals for creating meaningful impact through service, collaboration, and innovation. It is centered on three strategic priorities:
- Customer Service – Deliver responsive, high-quality service where all are seen, heard, and valued.
- Organizational Excellence – Champion a culture of excellence, empowerment, and learning.
- Convening – Cultivate partnerships to identify and align holistic priorities.
As Cascades West approaches its 60th year of service, this plan reaffirms our commitment to making lives and communities better while promoting a thriving region through service, connectivity, and innovation.
